Assistant Swim Coach – Seasonal (6-Month Position) Position Type Part-Time, Seasonal Program Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Swim Coach to support our Head Coach in leading a recreation swim team serving athletes ages 6–18. Our program emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and creating a fun, positive experience that fosters a lifelong love of swimming. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and teenagers and is passionate about helping swimmers of all abilities improve their technique, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport.
