SCOPE & PURPOSE Under the daily direction of the Assistant Property Manager (if applicable) or Property Manager, the Leasing Specialist is responsible for the leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. (S)he may be asked to perform other duties as assigned, as per their manager and/or Regional Director. Duties & Responsibilities Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Leasing Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.). Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports. Files own guest cards and maintain according to established procedures. Inspect models and available “market ready” and communicate related service needs.
