The Manufacturing Specialist I - Soldering is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic soldering tasks on SMT and through-hole assemblies. This role also supports AOI operations under close supervision and follows detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with workmanship standards. What a Day Looks Like: Perform hand soldering of basic SMT and through-hole components under supervision. Support operation of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment for SMT and through-hole boards. Inspect own work for visible defects and escalate issues as needed.
