*POSITION DESCRIPTION* Therapists are responsible for providing quality therapeutic services through proper evaluations and treatment plans, and to ensure that the needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individual basis and in accordance with policies, procedures, and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations This is a full-time exempt position, reporting to the Clinical Director and/or the Clinical Coordinator. * Schedule – day shift, two or more evenings per week and Saturdays (per client need). *KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* * Maintain a caseload of 26 children/adolescents clients per week, maintaining documentation and records in a timely, responsible, legal, and ethical manner. * Provide clinical evaluations in cases where abuse has not yet been determined. * Provide support and educational groups to parents on as needed basis. * Coordinate services with other agencies per client needs. * Follow state child abuse reporting guidelines *...
