JOB DESCRIPTION : SPRING HILL AGE GROUP COORDINATOR  Location:  2909 Commonwealth Dr, Spring Hill, TN 37174   Excel Aquatics is a Bronze-level, multi-site program with more than 650 swimmers that ranks in the top 40 VCC teams in the country. We are a 501c3 nonprofit year-round swim club based in 12 locations in the Middle Tennessee area. We currently have 14 full-time staff members, and six main administrative departments within the organization. The Spring Hill location consists of 84 18&under athletes, and is within 30 minutes of downtown Nashville.  Excel Aquatics is seeking to fill a full-time Age Group Coordinator position at our Spring Hill location.  We are looking for a candidate who will build a positive competitive culture for the 12&under groups, and help assist with the 13 & over groups as needed.
