757swim is a non-profit 501(3)(c) dedicated to the positive and progressive development of every swimmer in an environment that promotes team spirit and commitment, and provides character building opportunities. We are a family of members and coaches that recognizes the importance of individual talents, efforts, and contributions creating success for all. Each swimmer brings to 757swim unique talents, strengths, mental stamina, physical endurance, personality, and spirit. Together as one dedicated 757swim team, we are capable of great success! Through positive communication and mutual respect, teammates, coaches, and parents of 757swim work together to accept meaningful and rewarding challenges in our quest for excellence.

We are excited to be conducting our practices at the 757swim Aquatic Center.

Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Competitive Swimming (DoCS), this coach will work collaboratively with the coaching staff and lead two (2) practice groups, as assigned by the  DoCS.  TEAM Culture Responsibility:  ● Embrace the 757swim culture   ● Model and celebrate the 757swim values and behaviors  ● Be exceptional in the application of positive, consistent, and effective motivation strategies when working  with swimmers, parents, and coaching staff in relation to all aspects of the program  ● Demonstrate a cooperative, prompt, and respectful communication style with swimmers, parents, community members, and staff   Wet-side Deck Responsibility:   ● Lead at least two (2) groups and assist with other groups throughout the team as needed  ● Create a season plan for lead groups that fit within the scope of team goals and objectives   ● Administer daily workouts and maintain group attendance  ● Attend swim meets as assigned (approx. 1 to 2 per month)  ●...
