Description:   JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse – Infusion Administration   REPORTS TO: Director of Infusion Services  JOB SUMMARY:   The Infusion Administration Nurse provides professional, coordinated care in the delivery of oncology treatments to patients in a clinic setting. This role also includes responsibilities for the safe and sterile preparation of chemotherapy and biotherapy agents in compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards.
