We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Business Development Representative to build and own our insurance agent channel from the ground up. This is a territory-development role. You’ll be the face of RNI to independent and captive insurance agents across your market. The relationships you build become your book. As referral volume grows, so does your commission income. We’re looking for someone who sees a blank territory not as a challenge, but as an opportunity. Compensation & Growth Base salary of $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience, plus a commission structure that rewards you for every referral relationship you build.
