Our facility on the UP of MI has a need for a Pediatrician to cover as soon as credentialed - June 30, with possible extension as they search for a perm provider. This need requires clinic and call. Call Coverage - 1:3, covering Peds/ neonate admissions and C-sections as needed Thursday 7a Monday 7a. Clinic hours: Mon Fri 8a-5p. Average number of scheduled patients per day: 20. Average number of well check visits per day: 10. Support staff: All RNs, 1 per physician and 1 to float for all acute visits. In Office Nursing supervisor, In office lab and cardio, onsite pharmacy. There are also 2 other Pediatricians, plus 1 FP Physician.

Family Medicine Physician needed for servicing the East-Central Michigan community. This is a multi-specialty group with more than 100 providers in 22 specialties in nine communities. The group is looking for a physician to bring on board permanently to replace a provider that is retiring. Requirements: Experienced family medicine physician, graduating resident or fellow. Patient and Procedure Mix: All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Call is 1:4 and weekends as needed. This is an employed position with a base salary and Relative Value Unit's component. Relocation expenses, disability, malpractice, medical and dental, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend.

Vacation coverage May 23-31, 2015. CRNAs are supervised. Duties will include staffing to cover OR, OB, Endo, Cath Lab. Manage call coverage, Run OR schedule with OR Director/OR Charge nurse, handle add on cases, Cover PACU to discharge patients that meet anesthesia criteria, prescreen and interview preop patients, nerve blocks and perform cases when needed. Normally have 1 MD out of rooms to cover CRNAs if help is needed. Shifts are 0600 - 1530.

Our Hospital/Group in central MI is looking for a board certified Family Practice physician. Ideal providers will be located in Michigan. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am to 5pm. There is no call and no weekends with this position. At least 6 months of coverage is needed. The facility/group will also consider permanent candidates. There are 4 physicians in this practice and the average number of patients per day is 25. 80% of the patients are adults and 20% are pediatrics. The locum will not do hospital rounds and will not be responsible for supervising other healthcare providers. Privileging takes about 4 weeks, but emergency privileging is available to providers with a clean history.

Current dates needed: March 10 at 7 am March 13th at 7 am March 27 at 7 am-April 6th at 7 am April 24 at 7am to April 27 at 7am. 24 hour call, 7 am - 7 am. Required procedures: inpatient pediatrics without ICU coverage, attendance at c-sections and high risk deliveries, nursery level 1-routine newborn care, nursery level 2/NICU (or equivalent), eval and mgmt of acute volume/BP issues, insertion of central lines and arterial lines, diagnostic/therapeutic taps-lumbar puncture, neonatal resuscitation and intubation.
