About the Role We are looking for an experienced Floating Multifamily Maintenance Technician to support our team in maintaining multiple apartment communities throughout Central Boulder. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving between properties, handling daily work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, resident service requests, and emergency repairs with professionalism and follow-through. The right candidate has direct experience in apartment, townhome, senior living, affordable housing, student housing, or other multifamily/residential property maintenance. We are especially interested in someone who can troubleshoot issues independently, communicate clearly with residents and property teams, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.
