The Aquatics Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for Malvern Preparatory Aquatics Club (MPAC), overseeing all internal and external use of the School's aquatics facilities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service, and program quality. Working collaboratively with the MPAC Head Coach, MPAC and Malvern Prep coaching staff, Malvern Prep Summer Programs, swim clinics, facilities team, athletics department, business office, and external partners, the Aquatics Manager coordinates scheduling, staffing, communications, and day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
