Building the Future of Safe Transmission Work Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Transmission Instructor to train and development skills to ensure our transmission crews work safely. This role is perfect for an experienced field professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving performance, and driving a strong safety culture. You'll split your time between structured training at our Monroe, GA facility (75%) and hands-on coaching in the field (25%).
