Estimating consists with understanding the requirements of the project, visiting the jobsite, attending pre-bid job walks, preparing needed labor, equipment and material estimates, managing subcontractor quotes, building project manpower resource schedules and reviewing the bid with project management, contract administration and estimating from cradle to grave.   The secondary purpose of the Electrical Estimator to assist contract administration with creation of budgets after award of the estimated project. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing project management systems and technical direction to project teams for the purpose of delivering safe, cost-effective and quality execution of medium to large scale projects and/or client accounts.
