We are looking for someone who can step into existing active files, quickly determine where each matter stands, identify what needs to happen next, and move the file toward completion with limited attorney supervision. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have hands-on probate and estate administration experience and be comfortable working independently. Safe Harbor Wills & Trusts is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join our Medicaid planning team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with numbers, financial records, checklists, and solving puzzles. You do not need to already be a Medicaid expert. We will teach you the rules. What we need is someone who can learn them, follow a process, and apply those rules carefully to each client's situation.
