Duties: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental x-rays - coronal polishing - Prepare materials for impressions and restorations - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Perform medical coding and billing tasks - Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar - Assist with front desk duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred - Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials - Familiarity with medical coding and billing practices - Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus - Proficiency in using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for dental restorations - Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent...
