The Field Welder is a skilled structural professional responsible for executing critical welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks required for the construction and repair of seawalls, pump stations, docks, and other marine structures. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Strong interest in the construction industry Basic understanding of construction principles (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both in an office and on active construction sites Ability to understand and follow instructions; function effectively as part of a team; ability to work under pressure; communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and the public. Proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
