The Archivist is responsible for assembling, cataloging, researching, preserving, and managing valuable collections of art, silver, and antiques of historical information and importance for a high net-worth private family . S/he will work with an abundance of document types such as manuscripts, letters, photographs, digital files, websites, sound recordings, films , and other family heirlooms to document and create guidelines for display and preservation . S/he will work directly with family members and be responsible for creating descriptions and organization guidelines for each collection piece and updating and maintaining an ar chival database . Responsible for the oversight of all Estate landscaping, including the oversight of additional family and commercial business properties owned by the Estate Owners.
