Visiting Assistant Professor French and Francophone Studies Davidson, NC, United States   The Department of French and Francophone Studies (FFS) at Davidson College invites applications for a position of Visiting Assistant Professor in French and Francophone studies to begin July 1, 2026. This is a two-year, non-tenure track position carrying a 5-course teaching load per year, which includes a mix of beginner and intermediate language classes, as well as upper-level courses in French.    We are looking for a Francophone Humanist or Social Scientist whose work explores the artistic, literary, cultural, and historical expressions in one or several of the following areas: the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean, the Pacific, or Vietnam.
