South Florida’s premier rehab provider, Solaris Rehab, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Solaris Family for our therapy clinic based within the Assisted/Independent Living Facility. Our unique business model helps the residents of the facility to maintain their health, strength, safety, and independence by providing therapy directly as Outpatient Therapy and through the Home Health network when needed but never requires the therapist to travel outside the facility for services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical impairments due to injury, illness, or aging.
