CST Academy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a *Lead BCBA* role at our Gurnee clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical leadership and mentorship, in addition to continuing hands-on work with children and families. We are looking for a Lead BCBA to maintain a reduced caseload while serving as a clinical resource and mentor for the BCBA team at their site, collaborating closely with ABA Directors to keep the team supported and connected. You will have the opportunity to shape the day-to-day experience of your site's BCBA team, from in-the-moment clinical problem solving to building out onboarding resources, continuing education opportunities, and team culture.
