*Duties* - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans - Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion - Utilize various modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to relieve pain and promote healing - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue progress outside of therapy sessions - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records *Requirements* - Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Experience in acute care and home care settings preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Strong problem-solving...
