We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will field calls, emails, and chat requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our products and services. You will also assist customers in placing orders. All of our Customer Service Representatives are trained to understand the full menu of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent service. We prefer candidates who have some background in customer service or sales, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for a new Technical Support Specialist to become a part of our help desk support team. In this position, you answer complex questions about our hardware, so you should have several years of experience in a related field or a degree in information technology or computer science. You will deal with customers on a daily basis, and may occasionally deal with frustrated individuals, so you must be able to remain calm as you help them solve the problem. You should be comfortable using a ticket system and Microsoft Active Directory and Outlook to deal with clients.
