Our center is looking for a Lead Speech Language Pathologist who lead the Speech and Language Department. The successful candidate will regularly work with a team of professionals to develop intervention plans and utilize a variety of techniques in order to treat clients with various communication disorders. Our Speech Language Pathologist will work with clients of all ages in both group and individual settings. Responsibilities: * Understand the goals of the speech therapy program. * Communicate clearly with parents and interdisciplinary team about the evaluation of the child's speech, language, and swallowing abilities. * Conduct productive clinical sessions with patients. * Be able to define speech, language, and swallowing disorders. * Know when and how to refer patients for other services. * Be knowledgeable about community resources for patients and families. * Supervise SLPAs * Conduct evaluations *Qualifications* * Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)...
