The North Carolina Real Estate Commission seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Chief Investigations Counsel in its Regulatory Affairs Division.  This role will serve as the principal legal and technical resource for investigative staff on complex or sensitive matters and will integrate the work of Consumer Protection Officers and Auditor/Investigators.    The Chief Investigations Counsel will provide unified leadership for teams responsible for consumer complaint inquiries, investigations of licensed and unlicensed activity, trust-account audits, and financial-fraud matters.
