Primary Functions Reporting to the Mobile Team Lead, the Quality Assurance Analyst’s key responsibilities will include: Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation, including functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing. Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate software defects, enhancement requests, and customer-reported issues in collaboration with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders. Communicate release changes through clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers, peers, and internal stakeholders. Use approved AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
