JOB SUMMARY: Staff Reliability Engineer: Senior-level engineering role focused on ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of medical diagnostic systems and infrastructure. Responsible for designing and implementing reliability strategies, conducting failure analysis, and collaborating with development and operations teams to improve system resilience. Leads initiatives to automate monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis, aiming to minimize downtime and enhance overall system stability. Often mentors junior engineers and contributes to reliability best practices across the organization.
