The Maintenance Director for Sandpiper at Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, is a full-time, exempt employee who oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. A successful candidate will have experience in property maintenance and leadership to successfully care for our 119 senior living apartments. An annual wage of $62,000-80,000 , commensurate with experience, and full-time benefits from PACS will be provided.
