The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Manufacturing Operations of the facility and the Operations staff. The Operations Manager plans, organizes, and directs the manufacturing operation of the facility to ensure the most effective return on assets, obtainment of production schedules, meeting customer requirements, and overall business objectives. Previous Supervisory experience (in injection molding a Plus) Perform & diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs. Be able to read advanced electrical and blueprint schematic.
