The R&D Product Specifications Scientist is responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day development of new product specifications, maintenance and continuous improvement of existing specifications, data collection and analysis, and optimization activities across all JBSS product categories. This role is critical to ensuring that every product launched has accurate, robust, and data-driven specifications. The Assistant Quality Systems Manager supports the management, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control programs and systems at the Elgin facility. This role assists with policy development, regulatory compliance, and the investigation and support of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
