SUMMARY : The Commercial Credit Analyst analyzes complex commercial relationships mainly in the area of Commercial & Industrial and Investment Real Estate relationships. As the associate progresses in learning objectives, the Commercial Credit Analyst will underwrite complex commercial relationships, including evaluating compliance with underwriting policies and guidelines and working directly with lenders to author Credit Memorandums. Analysis includes, but is not limited to, the financial condition of the borrower, likelihood of achieving projections, relevant market and industry data, evaluation of repayment capacity, and complex individual tax returns. SUMMARY : The Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is responsible for soliciting, structuring and closing 1-4 family real estate loans as well as developing new mortgage loan business. The MLO develops a plan for collaborating with assigned bank branches to cause quality mortgage loan referrals. Additionally, the MLO develops an external network of Realtor, builder, and other referral partners.
