SUMMARY : The Mortgage Loan Assistant (MLA) provides support for the entire loan origination process and collaborates with Mortgage Loan Originators and Pipeline & Delivery Manager to ensure a smooth mortgage transaction. This MLA is also responsible for working with the origination team to ensure compliance related deadlines are met related to ECOA and HMDA for withdrawals and rejected loans that require Carter Bank adverse action and/or HMDA reporting. This role requires both a sales and operational mindset.
