What You’ll Actually Do When a customer signs up for broadband, VoIP, or IPTV, a chain of systems has to fire in order: the CRM captures the order, the product catalog prices it, provisioning turns the service on, and billing starts the clock — all without anyone keying data in twice or chasing down why an account didn’t activate. Your job is to design, connect, and automate that chain, and to keep it reliable as we grow. This is fundamentally an integration and automation role, not a single-platform admin job.
