Job Information Position starting pay:  $25.82/hr.  The initial review of applications will begin starting  August 31st, 2026 . Applications received before the initial review date will be considered, with qualifying applicants being eligible to participate in the phone screen process. Position Summary Under general supervision performs skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the inside and outside of Housing Authority units and facilities, equipment, and fixtures.  Includes tasks involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry and appliance repairs and installation.    Position is a floater that will be expected to travel to properties throughout San Bernardino County, assignments will be based on business need.
