Description: The Manager in Training (MIT) is a developmental role designed for recent college graduates to build future hospitality leaders. Over the course of the program, the MIT will gain hands-on, practical experience across major hotel departments including Housekeeping, Front Desk and Food and Beverage where they will learn daily operations, staff supervision, and financial administration.   Assist department managers with daily workflows, scheduling, and staff allocation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
