Description We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors. Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
