Come join our passionate multidisciplinary team! The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for the assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with a variety of disorders. The PT must document and record the patient’s condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate therapy methods. The PT collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and teachers. PTA supervision may be required. This position would be located primarily from our Forest outpatient clinic. Monday - Wednesday Early Intervention, Thursday - Friday Clinic. Hours are 8:00-6:00 (Flexible).
