Duties and Responsibilities to include:   Review all vendor invoices for appropriate documentation, approval, and two-way purchase order (PO) matching prior to entry. Enter vendor invoice accurately and timely into the ERP system. Identify and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies with the appropriate internal department, vendor, or other responsible party to ensure invoices are resolved before becoming past due. Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items or discrepancies.
