Position Summary The Lean Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading lean and production teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation. This role combines frontline supervision with Lean Manufacturing leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement.
