This role is responsible for turning awarded work into successful projects owning: scheduling, field execution, manpower planning, and project outcomes. This is a pure operations role focused on delivery, efficiency, and profitability, not sales or pre-construction. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Leadership • Take full ownership of projects at handoff from pre-construction • Lead project kickoff, ensuring clear scope, schedule, and expectations • Drive execution from mobilization through completion • Ensure alignment between office, field, and vendors   Field Operations & Erection Oversight • Direct and support superintendents and field crews across all PEMB projects • Oversee erection sequencing, crane utilization, and crew sizing • Ensure proper installation of:   o Primary steel   o Secondary framing   o Roof and wall systems   o Insulation systems (e.g., Simple Saver)   o Liner panels,...
