General Purpose The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program. General Purpose The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis. Essential Duties • Evaluate patients within twenty-four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral. General Purpose The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
