Monadnock Family Services Description: The Acute Care Services (ACS) / Mobile Crisis Clinician will be part of a team providing 24/7 mobile outreach to those in the community who are in psychiatric crisis. The purpose of this program is to provide immediate interventions to stabilize the crisis in an effort to avoid psychiatric hospitalization. The Mobile Crisis Clinician and the Mobile Crisis Team will work in partnership with police, first responders, schools, and other community stakeholders.
