PRIMARY PURPOSE Provide personalized banking services ensuring the highest level of quality service is provided to current and prospective clients. Provide support to the Retail Branch Manager and assist in the smooth, efficient operation of the retail branch, including overall supervision of Universal Bankers and Tellers. Develop new and expand upon existing client relationships while effectively assessing client needs and recommending appropriate bank products and services. Actively participate in community events with the Retail Branch Manager to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. $33.34 - $38.47 hourly | $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually SCHEDULE: Full-time, 37.50 work week; Monday – Saturday.
