Position Overview All Achievement Centers for Children & Families (ACCF) employees are required to uphold the mission and vision of ACCF and to foster an environment that promotes the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of each child enrolled. The Director of Education is a key member of ACCF’s leadership team and is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of all Out-of-School Time (OST) educational programs. This role oversees curriculum development, program quality, assessment systems, data-driven decision-making, and staff development across three OST sites. The Director ensures all programming meets organizational, contractual, and accreditation standards.
