Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Build and wire electrical panels and subassemblies that include HMI, robot, and system enclosure, using a bill of materials, blue prints, and electrical schematics. Install all electrical subassemblies into the system and perform interconnect wiring between subassemblies and field devices. Inspect for quality on electrical panels, subassemblies, and interconnect wiring. Complete all documentation required including but not limited to panels log, checklist, and any other quality documents needed. Test system power up, main safety circuit, and general I/O. Interface with other departments to complete builds on schedule and to resolve any manufacturing issues. Load PC with Windows and applicable drivers. Assist with facility improvements and repairs.
