Description: This role contributes to NFPA’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic   initiatives by supporting the day-to-day operation of the legal department   and enhances attorney effectiveness. Also provides certain support functions   for the Office of the President and Board of Directors. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Subject to the general direction of the General Counsel, the person in this role will have the following responsibilities: Organize and maintain documents and records in electronic filing systems; may include trademark registration and control; copyright permissions processing; contract storing and management; managing correspondence; creating, organizing and maintaining databases, official records, and other reference materials and generating reports.
