Gleason Research Associates, Inc.

Gleason Research Associates, Inc. is a trusted provider of advanced weapons systems engineering, inventory management solutions, training, and operational support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies.

In January 2016: Gleason Research Associates, Inc. (GRA) became a 100% Employee Owned ESOP. GRA is pleased to announce that 100% of the company’s stock has been sold to its employees, through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

While GRA has been privately held since it was founded in 1982, the company has grown around a culture of service to soldier and family. The transition to an ESOP will allow all employees to become owners and continue to provide the products and services as we always have while increasing our commitment and focus on the mission.

“GRA has always been proud of our focus on our customer in doing our part for National Security as well as providing a great home for our employees,” said Chuck Vessels, CEO/President of GRA. “The GRA ESOP will enable the continuity of leadership and will not change the way the company operates. The management team is confident that the ESOP will make our culture stronger as we grow in our support to the mission.”

At GRA, our mission is simple – do what’s right for the Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine and First Responders who defend our great nation. We pledge to continue to fulfill that mission by providing products and services that meet or exceed the highest levels of performance and reliability. At GRA, IDEAS FOR FREEDOM is more than a slogan, but a call to action that provides laser-like focus to everything we do.
