WEG Transformers USA Description: Company Overview Powering Progress—Locally and Globally At WEG Transformers USA (WTU) , we’re part of a global company with over 49,000 employees in 135+ countries , yet our roots run deep in Washington, Missouri . Our three (3) specialized factories in Heidemann Industrial Park design and build the transformers that power homes, schools, hospitals, and businesses across the region. This role would primarily work in improving processes at our Specialty Transformers (ST) site. Through our partnership with Ameren Missouri, WTU has supplied key transformer units for Smart Energy Plan projects that are modernizing the grid and improving reliability for thousands of customers.
