Community LIFE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently in their homes and communities. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as our Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor. This NEW leadership role combines clinical practice with team development, supporting APPs across our service areas while helping older adults remain independent and healthy in their communities. This position will be based out of our Forest Hills, PA (15221) location but will cover all of our service areas, so will require local travel with mileage reimbursed.
