Brixmor Role Overview: The Analyst of Financial Asset Management is responsible for supporting daytoday financial execution for the regional portfolio. This role focuses on portfolio maintenance, preparation of Investment Committee materials, and analytical support for asset management and transaction initiatives. The Analyst works closely with the Region Manager and Vice President, as well as the broader regional teams, to ensure financial models, reports, and materials are accurate, timely, and consistent, forming the foundation for effective regional decisionmaking.
