POSITION PURPOSE : Responsible for supporting customer use installation tooling, electro/mechanical testing of prototypes, final production testing, agency testing and documentation of custom samples and approved products.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :  I mplement modifications to lab equipment under the direction of Quality, Design and Mfg. Engineering to improve quality of tools. Fabricate custom assemblies and machine parts as required using general machine shop practices for milling, lathe, and grinding function.   Document and test new designed parts and changes to existing parts as necessary.
