HVAC Technician HVAC Technician – Maintenance & Facilities Department The Maintenance & Facilities Department is looking for qualified candidates to fill an opening as an HVAC Technician . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Installing, servicing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance tasks associated with HVAC systems. Standard HVAC tasks include working on building automation controls systems, boilers, chillers, refrigerant systems, roof top units, motors and pumps, and other related equipment and systems. Additionally, all maintenance staff, regardless of specialty, will at times be asked to work on any and all aspects of a typical facilities department as conditions dictate.
